What is outplacement?
Outplacement is a service offered to employees who have lost, or will be losing their job, to help them quickly find a new path. This may include a new role in the same or a different industry, retraining, retiring or starting a business. Services include career coaching, resume writing, interview preparation, skill development, referrals to hiring managers and targeted job leads. The services are paid for by employers, but provided by independent providers who work directly and confidentially with employees.

Partnership
After a tough process you've come to a decision to move forward. Now it's time to talk about what you need in more detail, including timing and phases and discuss strategy for how we're going to manage the outplacement program. We'll define success criteria so that there will be no confusion about what goals should be achieved.
Stakeholder alignment
Engage and align your team with ours. Together we will: establish a communication plan, feedback processes, and any other details necessary in order to deliver as expected.
Service business process
We are committed to providing a personalized, tailored experience. Together we will define the referral process, how we will collect the contact information of impacted individuals and customize our online reporting tools.
Partnership rollout
Collaboratively we execute the rollout communications plan with confidence. You and your HR team will have access to LHH's online reporting system. We're always open to stakeholder feedback but we find feedback is best at this step.
